Page 2 of 2 Running your first scan
A Site is a logical collection of devices that can be viewed and scanned. Just defined a proper name here:
Include the IP addresses you would like to scan. Please keep in mind that you “just using” the Community Edition and for that reason you are able to scan 32 devices.
Define the scan template and schedule that will be used when scanning the devices. “Full audit” will work for your first scan.
In order to perform exhaustive scans of system, NeXpose needs required login information for target systems. If you have TELNET, SSH, FTP, Lotus Notes, MS-SQL, Oracle, MS-Windows or other credentials, please fill it in here.
Run your first scan and discover the vulnerabilities in your network.
NeXpose allow users to create reports in different formats (PDF, RTF, HTML, XML, Text). Additionally it is able to export data to external databases.
